Terms and Conditions 

• All vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations.

• Vendors are responsible for setting up and breaking down their booths within the designated times.

• Booths to be set up by 12PM. YOU MUST BE COMPLETELY SET UP 1 HOUR PRIOR TO EVENT STARTING FOR FINAL INSPECTION. Booth take-down may commence that evening at 7PM. NO EARLY TAKE-DOWNS unless given permission by promoter.

• All fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

• Vendors must provide their own insurance coverage/permits for their booth and products, if required.

• Garbage: Exhibitors are responsible for hauling away their own trash and place it in dumpsters. Please bring your own trash bags.

• SECURITY: Neither Southwestern Wilds nor Dry Creek Saloon is responsible for theft, loss or damage to an exhibitors personal, promotional or for-sale property.
